The city has a tree on our street. It happens to sit right in front of our house. I like having a tree there, it cools the house in the summer. We used to have 2 but one fell over in a windstorm and the city decided against replacing it.
National Grid used to come through once a year and trim back the tree from the power lines. This hasn’t happened in over 5 years.
The tree is now interfering with the lines coming into the house.
I’ve complained about it.
Anyway, when national grid was here to work on the gas line they called in the tree.
This AM a crew came out to trim back the tree. Neat.
Except they left the large branch interfering with the line to the house. They ONLY trimmed back the stuff that was interfering with the street lines.
Annoying.
