I have tried with little success to get my butt out of the house to record a vlog about why I’m returning to Youtube and why I left in the first place. I finally was able to get my butt in gear this morning and got it recorded. I had ordered a SD card reader to load the footage up to Drive so I could then edit it on my phone.
Only to then discover that Adobe Rush cannot communicate with drive.
So I upload to Drive then download to my phone. Also, my decrepit laptop apparently is having issues with Drive. (not looking for help)
Also, Rush apparently was having a glitch and the audio would just disappear from some clips.
I suspect that the issue is that the video was set to be over 20 minutes long.
Despite the Moto G Stylus being an extra large phone, it’s still small for video editing. Also it means my phone is tied up in rendering for ages as the longer videos are made ready for export.
Anyway, I was finally able to get the video made and edited down to just under 20 minutes. I talked about why I left youtube and a little bit about why I’m back after 10 years. I’m hoping to get that up on Youtube Tuesday.
